A Place to Luxuriate
At Sleigh Bell Farm, horses become part of a small herd family, rather than being lost in the shuffle of a larger boarding facility. The newly constructed high-end facilities offer a comfortable and safe environment for equines, with options available for both long and short-term stays. The farm’s philosophy is rooted in allowing horses to be horses, embracing their instincts and behaviors while ensuring their health and wellness through attentive supervision.

ElectroBraid
ElectroBraid ® is a permanent electric fence designed especially for horses. It is both a physical barrier and a psychological deterrent. It is highly visible to horses, strong, durable and resilient.
What does it look like? ElectroBraid ® looks and feels like high-quality braided yachting rope. A double helix of copper wire conductors is braided into the outer jacket of the rope. Three or four strands of ElectroBraid ® are mounted with insulators on fence posts. Fence posts can be wood, vinyl, or steel, spaced between 30 feet apart.
Bar-Bar-A Frost Free Waterers
Most options available for automatic drinkers either use electricity or use stagnant standing water in their systems. The Bar-Bar-A does not use electricity or have standing water.
We are firm in our belief that animals, water, and electricity do not mix. We have seen many times where an electric automatic waterer has been the sad reason in either killing an animal or making them sick because of dehydration. Some electrical currents are not detectable to the human hand or current meters, but are very noticeable to the animal’s nose and delicate nervous system, causing them to stop drinking.
Track System
The Track System at Sleigh Bell Farm is inspired by the natural lifestyle of wild, free-roaming American Mustangs in the U.S. Great Basin, a concept originally designed by Jaime Jackson. This unique setup offers domestic horses a living environment that mimics their instinctive, free-roaming behaviors.
In a Track System, horses move along a path designed to encourage consistent movement as they would in the wild—traveling between food, water, and shelter. This movement is vital for their physical health and social interactions, as it allows horses to live and travel together in a herd-like setting. The track encourages horses to naturally exercise as they forage, reducing the tendency to stand stationary for long periods, which is common in conventional paddocks.
This setup not only supports horses’ natural instincts but also enhances their mental and physical well-being by promoting socialization, consistent activity, and access to varied footing. At Sleigh Bell Farm, the Paddock Paradise approach aligns with a philosophy of maintaining horses in a setting that allows them “to just be horses.”
Comfort Stalls
Comfort Stall Flooring at Sleigh Bell Farm is equipped with ComfortStall, a premium, veterinary-approved orthopedic stall flooring that prioritizes the health, safety, and comfort of stabled horses. This fully sealed, impermeable flooring system provides extensive health benefits:
- Musculoskeletal Health: The orthopedic foam layer offers cushioned, anti-fatigue support, reducing strain on joints, tendons, and ligaments. This helps prevent injuries and supports recovery, which is essential given horses’ natural susceptibility to musculoskeletal issues.
- Respiratory Health: Its sealed, padded design promotes respiratory health by reducing dust and ammonia buildup, often caused by deep bedding. This helps maintain a cleaner air quality for horses stabled for long periods.
- Rest and Recovery: The slip-resistant, cushioned surface is ideal for resting and recuperation, allowing horses to feel secure, achieve restorative sleep, and enjoy an environment conducive to both mental and physical well-being.
Internationally recognized by veterinarians, trainers, and equine professionals, ComfortStall is a choice feature at Sleigh Bell Farm, supporting horses in a low-dust, comfortable, and safe space.

Lucas Equine
Lucas Equine stall doors gracefully arched shapes are the most heavy duty and highest quality stall doors available anywhere.
The swooping curved stall fronts and between stall pipe partitions were designed to be both beautiful and functional, taking into consideration the safety of horses and offering maximum socialization.
Saratoga Stalls
Sleigh Bell Farm features Dutch Doors and windows made from hot-dipped galvanized steel, providing both safety and durability in a barn environment. These doors have a split top and bottom design, allowing the top to open for fresh air circulation while keeping the bottom securely closed to maintain a safe, enclosed space.
Each door and window is powder-coated, ensuring a resilient finish that resists wear. The doors and windows are crafted to complement the stalls and barn structure beautifully. This high-quality hardware not only enhances the barn’s appearance but also serves a practical purpose, ensuring Sleigh Bell Farm remains both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
